Thank you for your interest in Vizsla rescue. This web page is intended to inform you about how Vizsla rescue works so that you can decide if you want to pursue this option when looking for a Vizsla. In order to be considered for rescue we request that you complete an application form. Please download the form (a Word document), complete & return to Barbara Yeatman via e-mail at: vizlhavn@comcast.net Following receipt of the application we then try to arrange an in-home visit. One of the funniest little rescues on
the planet! Lizzie was a youngster, out of control (understatement) and wound up
like a top! She came to live with Boulder, Mr. Calm, Laid-Back and personable.
Ha!It took some time and lots of consistent behavior on the part of the current
Rescue Chair (the owner) to make sure that Lizzie really knew she would ALWAYS
be loved, no matter how fast she twirled!
